I applied online and had a phone interview a few days later. I had a great time chatting with the hiring manager. We scheduled an onsite interview. I came in and they had me read a case study. I was given 15 minutes to review the case study and then answered questions related to the material. The interview went really well but they reached out to me about two weeks later to let me know they were pursuing a candidate with more experience.
