Interview
You have to go through a phone interview, a manager interview and then a staff interview. Way too many interviews, but for some staff they hired with no interviews. It was preferential.
Education resources provided were exceptional, once courses started I felt better able to understand what was expected of me and what our patients were experiencing. Felt supported and encouraged throughout the process.
Job opportunity was great but was not aligning with my goals. Hiring staff are amazing and really care to place candidates in their roles for success. They truly want to make a difference in patient lives.

What are your weaknesses that you can elaborate on?
Was called to set an interview. The process we fine, however, the paperwork was very slow. There seems to be a disconnect with the head office. I waited for weeks before I was contacted to finish the paperwork.
