The recruiter invited me for Davita open house. At least 40 people came in for the interview. It was a group interview at first. It means that a group consists of 8 applicants will be asked the same question. As soon as everyone answered two questions per interviewer, we now move on to the next set of interviewers. There were 5 sets of interviewers. I got a call 3 days after that and was invited for a panel interview. Most were situational questions. I was interviewed for 40 mins. A week after, I got another call and was offered a job. :)

Interview
Recruiter reached to me two weeks after I submitted my application. I was scheduled for a phone screening with him but he opted out of that and it ended up just being more informational about the role. Two primary questions he asked were about my bioscience BA and whether I was pursuing jobs in that field. Also asked about my availability. After phone screen there is an on site/ clinic interview with hiring manager. I got a call back within 48 hours to set final interview with regional manager.

Interview
I had an interview with this company about a week and a half ago and they said they'll give me a callback within a week to let me know if they decided anything, but I've never received a call from them. So at this point I'm like should I give them a call back because I don't want to seem like I'm desperate for the job even though that job opportunity would allow me to care for others.
