Brief Phone Interview from recruiter. Recruiter then forwards information the the medical director who does the person interview. Met with the Head Nurse who asked about experience with Dialysis patients.

What experience do you have with difficult patients.
First one was a. call with recruiter and 2 interview was with the clinic FA and team lead and more higher ups. The interview was almost a hour via zoom.

Very easy going. Professional. Wanted to really get to know me and how I see myself with the company. Very informative information about the job position, expectations, and leadership. I was even able to shadow a social worker before accepting the position.
