Interviewed, shadowed. It was Disorganized. I believe they didn’t really want to have me shadow but it was already set up. The director didn’t seem that knowledgeable. The facility was dirty and staff looked like they just got out of bed. Although the position did not require an RN it seemed that’s what they wanted. What I was told the position did not take an RN. Actually an administrative person would be better in the role so the medical staff could consintrate on patients. Glad I didn’t get an offer after I saw the law suites for bad patient care and wrongful deaths . I care about patient care. I will not work for a company that puts patients health in danger knowingly. I don’t say this because I didn’t get an offer, I say it because it is true. It’s in the news on LinkedIn etc. so if you care about patients I wouldn’t work here regardless, until they get new leadership. Read a lot of info that said leadership was bad. I believe this after my experience.
