First, HR Recruiter via phone a couple of weeks letter interviewed via panel of 2 Facility Administrator in person. The interview process was frustrating because the FAs were not dietitians they didn't really have a good grasp of tasks associated with my previous jobs.

Interview
My interview at the time was just a sit down with an RN who was clinic manager. Asked me questions on my resume and why I thought I'd be able good fit for Davita. Then some other standard interview questions. More of a laid back type interview compared to some.

In my experience, how I've handled difficult patients
I spoke with the recruiter via phone first, and then I spoke with the Dietitian lead. After that we set up an in-person interview and I had an interview at one of the dialysis clinics with the Dietitian lead and the facility administrator. The FA asked multiple questions, particularly about leadership qualities, and how you handle stress.
Like most other typical interviews but at least they had the dietitian that was leaving sit in to ask about the actual work/role. But same questions: strengths, weaknesses, why you want to work here, etc.
