I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita (Irvine, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Interview procecss was very long. They first have you do a 30 min phone interview, then a 2hr in person. They said they would get back to you in 5-7 business days whether you got the job or not, but its been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything back.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DaVita in May 2025
Interview
I found out about the position through a temp agency (Tek Systems). The reason I was interested because it starts of as a 2–3 week onsite training then fully remote afterwards. This is a 6-month contract with a high likely chance to being permanent depending on performance. Had an interview on 5/2/25 via Microsoft Teams and accepted the job offer 5/5/25. The interview was very relaxed. They defiantly recommend you use the STAR method to answer the questions.

Very typical. Most of the questions were very common and you can find them anywhere. I used glassdoor to prepare and I would do it again. Went from recruiter to another one then hiring manager.
Typical behavioral based questions. All interviews are still done via WebEx. Not easy but not hard. Wish they would elaborate more on the role and what the day to day looks like. Overall pleasant experience.
