I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at DaVita (Houston, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
Very long process, meet with over a dozen of people via phone, videos, panel interviews. Feel bad for recruiter who was helpful seems like looking for cult like unicorn. If interested in working here make sure to be overly cheerful and be prepared to repeat same answer with specific examples over and over.

Question 1
Behavioral questions and asked for specific examples. Tell me about a time when you failed? Why DaVita?
Interview process was standard. Company culture is apparently lacking and it shows in the process and demeanor of the hiring team. Would have appreciated a more personable approach in the interview process
A sourcer reached out to me about a role, we schedule the interview, and the recruiter subsequently ghosts me and never shows up for the interview or doesn’t bother to respond to my email. Unbelievably unprofessional.
I applied online. I interviewed at DaVita (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2023
Interview
I loved the thought provoking questions vs. the typical behavioral ones. They were real world questions about the industry and where it is headed. It was like having a discussion with a colleague. Felt at ease and confident.
