I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita (Baltimore, MD) in Jul 2020
Interview
Had virtual group information session. Then from there a recruiter called to talk more about my qualifications and background as well as the position. Then I received an email for another virtual interview and a one on one with 3 facility administrators. After that I got a call from one of the managers to come in to basically meet the team and see the facility. After that the current pcts and nurses will get the final decision on who they want to join their team. After that you should get a phone call or email with good or bad news.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita (Denver, CO) in Nov 2017
Interview
First you apply online, from there I received an email to take an online assessment, from there I received another email asking to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview I was asked to do a panel style interview which consisted of 4 people. They ask many behavioral questions and tell you all about the job. Also be prepared to have questions for them. I was called the next day to shadow at a clinic. I will be doing that tomorrow so I don't know the process after that. Hoping it all goes well at the shadowing.
