The interview process was fairly quick and efficient, conducted entirely via virtual video conferences. I appreciated the frequent communication with the Talent Acquisition team. Since I had an internal referral, this may have eliminated an initial HR screen; my first interview following the online application was a 30-minute chat with the hiring manager. During this conversation, they asked me to summarize my experience and took the time to describe the role in detail. With the remaining minutes, they probed into my technical experience and provided transparent advice about the next steps.
The second interview was a panel discussion with my hiring manager and future peers, lasting 90 minutes. They shared five behavioral questions in advance, which was incredibly helpful and allowed me to advocate for myself effectively. After addressing the prepared questions, they asked related follow-up questions and provided time for my inquiries, making it a great discussion overall.
Shortly after, I was notified that I was a top candidate and just needed to speak with a few additional team members—two more 30-minute chats. I assume this was to confirm their choice or decide between me and another candidate. Thankfully, they chose me!
From the time I submitted my application to the final interview and offer, the entire process took only three weeks.
