Talent Acquisition interview was standard and friendly. Interview with hiring manager was odd, even though I clearly demonstrated deep knowledge and techniques of data governance in a regulated industry, the hiring manager projected an interest to 1) speak about herself as a new person to the company; and 2) why I wanted to work there and 3) why an interest an interest. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes, but within 25 minutes she wanted to end the interview to get to other things. At that point I realized she had no interest in my candidate for a job that I work in for 10+ years... I believe her disagreement was that I was in an industry that is not pharma.
