      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Daiichi Sankyo in Sep 2024

      Interview

The hiring process was frustratingly long and disorganized. I had to deal with three different HR representatives throughout, which made the communication inconsistent and confusing. It started with an HR screening call, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview. Each step seemed disconnected, and there was no clear coordination between the different stages. The entire process felt drawn out, and it took far longer than it should have. A more streamlined and efficient approach would have made the experience much better."
