The interview process was quite short. There were no hidden agendas, and the process was very straight forward. I met with the head manager and one assistant manager and was told all about the position. They showed me behind the counter and asked if I would be interested in working for them and I obliged!

Positive, warm, focused on your availability and scheduling / start up matters. Encouraged to update management on your scheduling as it changes ie school class schedule. Must consider weekend and evening hours

The interview was behavioral based, not asking technical questions. There were some DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) questions asked during the end of the interview. Overall a low stress interview.
Straight forward- allowed time
For questions. Discussed expectations salary and benefits. Discussed flexible schedule. Standard process only a few rounds of discussions. Left time for questions and provided answers. Warm demeanor and kind.
