A large group of applicants came in for a group interview and sat while the manager explained the job- she had to do a mass hire. It took about 2 hours total for all of the paperwork, as she was busy running the store. We were given the option to donate 30 minutes of pay from our paychecks to the local children's hospital, which is only about $4.00 per check.
