Asked about customer service and what it meant for me, I had written on the application that I knew Spanish, asked me questions in Spanish, asked me if I had ever worked at fast food, if i had ever eaten at Dairy Queen. Manager asked me if I was able to learn quickly. If I could work quickly and effectively. If I could handle some stressful situations as in having long lines of angry people. If I was able to act according to the demands at hand. If I was willing to work weekends and any day of the week. If I was willing to work on holidays such as Fourth of July and Halloween.

I was called and they noticed I try to apply online but did not finished it. so they as me to come in and fill out a application in person and we went from there. I filled out my paper work the next day and started training the next day. we train for two weeks before the store open on December 21, 2015

The store owner asked me some basic questions. Some I thought were okay, but other I thought were very irrelevant, like, why I wanted the job, what my intentions were if I got the job, how I would spend my money or how I would spend my time at work, etc.

Had a couple questions to answer then the manager if you are hired calls a number and you have to verify everything throu the phone. It takes a week to two weeks to actually start working cause like to start you on payroll on time.
