Got contacted by a headhunter explaining how great my profile on LinkedIn fit with Dana.
Got a first interview with the headhunter. All confirmed : great potential!
Next interview with HR and the hiring manager - remotely. The local HR rep is totally distant and looks and work constantly on the other screen replying to other emails. Hiring manager is on his side completely the reverse. Great guy with experience, nice, seems very structured and strict but an overall nice guy. He tells me that the next step is for another set of interviews in Michigan. Great!
2 days after I receive a note from the headhunter that I am not considered for the posting. I ask why and held not even able to provide real feedback. Total waste of time.
