I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Dana Incorporated (Maumee, OH) in Feb 2017
Interview
Talked with recruiter on campus. Was contacted for an interview by the recruiter and set up and interview for the next week. When I went in for the interview it was with two separate panels. They gave me a interview agenda previously through email so that I knew who I would be meeting with. Once I arrived only two of the names out of 5 o the interview agenda were correct. The other three people introduced themselves and said the others were busy that day so they were stepping in. The interview was normal with very normal and standard questions. After the interview was over I was told they would be in contact no matter the outcome and that I could expect that within two weeks. After leaving I followed up with each of the 5 people I interviewed with and thanked them for their time. After waiting the two weeks with no further contact from them I followed up again asking where they were in the process. I never received a response after this. I followed up with the HR rep and even left a voicemail like was asked and was never responded to. After all 5 of the people on the panel failed to email me back or respond to follow ups I lost hope. By this time it had been almost 3 months since the interview. I then received a very generic email from Dana simply stating that they thanked me for my time but have decided to go with another individual. Very poor experience overall and the company seemed very unorganized and unprofessional.

Interview
There was basic behavior question and there was a few personalized questions. They also have you go over your resume so make sure you have that present. It is a good practice to have a bunch of personal experiences memorized going into the interview to answer behavioral questions.
