I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dana Incorporated (Gravataí) in Jan 2014
Interview
Got referred by a friend who worked there. Interview was very relaxed and informal, mostly focused on previous experience. Department manager conducted interview, assisted by different department manager and engineering director.
I really enjoyed our conversation and learning more about the team's direction. I particularly appreciated how welcoming and receptive you were to my answers regarding manufacturing; it made the interview process feel very collaborative.
Very friendly recruiter, well explained questions, overall not too difficult at all. It was nothing too technical and mostly behavioral questions and past experience related questions asked, interview lasted around 40 to 50 minutes

Question 1
Name a time you had to resolve something on your own
Easy and simple. The interviewer brought prototypes and taught me a few basic items in which I was to listen. I found the whole experience exciting. Overall I would say they were 90% behavioural and 10% techncal
