I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dana Incorporated (Pune) in Jul 2018
Interview
Recruiter called for typical question and scheduled it. Direct interview by Function head. Thank god saved time. They prefer not to have initial telephonic round, they insist on face to face more.
The hiring manager was negative and dominated conversation. When examples were provided for behavioral or situational scenarios he became combative and didn’t trust my response to the questions. Or there was some type of rebuttal to the specific situations that were described. If it happened then that’s what happened and I was able to take away a lesson to evaluate the risk of situation happening again in future
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dana Incorporated (Toledo, OH) in Dec 2020
Interview
Interview via Skype due to COVID. Easy, situation-based questions.
Interviewed with 2 people at once. Took a while to hear back due to being an internal interview. I was one of the first to interview, and then the external candidates were interviewed after me.
