The interviewers were friendly. The interview was conversational, it’s also good to have an elevator pitch prepared and be ready to talk about your experiences and how they relate with the job you are interviewing for

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dana Incorporated
Interview
Very brief. I walked in and was escorted to the conference room, where I was supposed to be joined by my direct supervisor (DS) and the department supervisor. The DS texted my supervisor and said to begin without, long story short, he never joined the interview.
Also my direct supervisor didn't interview me, he just told me what I'd be doing as his intern and then basically said I should have no problem getting the job.
First step was a Phone Interview then an onsite interview - Didn't ask much a few behavioral questions also didn't bother about the technical part of the process
