Invited for a video interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. The hiring manager was great but the recruiter skipped the interview showing up at the very end to tell me they were busy putting out fires and would followup by the end of the week. They did not followup and emailed back to an inquiry they were in the middle of interviews still. The website shows the rejection weeks later but they never followed up, emailed, called, or provided any insight. The team and role sounded like a great match but their HR is broken and I would tell others to avoid them due to their hiring process. Can you imagine trying to lead a team of people and having HR skip interviews?
