After sending an email about whether you have been selected to continue in the process or not, you have to do a first phone interview and, if you succeed on this one, a final Skype interview with the hiring manager. They explain very clearly the whole selection process and the timings, so it is a good experience for the candidate.

It was a 1vs1 interview with a recruiter, typical questions regarding interests in the company and a firm. It was a pleasant experience, recruiter wanted to get to know me better.
HR Interview lasts 5-15 minutes by Microsoft Teams (they will send you an email]. You will have to wait until they accept you to the meeting room. You will have chance to ask question after the interview.
