Interview
Unprofessional approach. I was informed by e-mail about scheduled call for a chat (it was stated like this in the mail invitation). I was not informed that it will be video call conference call and that is actually the first part of the interview. So i was not prepared at all.
After that i was advised that the result will be provided within 2-3 weeks because of August vacation period. It has never happened and I have never received any feedback.
Recruiter was slow to get back to me. Had to call them to get an update on my application and their plans to offer me an interview, even though they had emailed to say I was through to the next stage

Question 1
Previous experience working as an account manager at other companies
only made it to first round. but basically, the questions were easy. there was an online assessment which i messed up. i dont know why. There was also a visa slash sponsorship issue which prevented me from being eligible
Very friendly staff and smooth process. I would suggest preparing for the online tests before completing. Very great company to work for but you do need to put some time and effort into the application process.
