      Manager Interview

      Dec 26, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Danone

      Interview

I interviewed in the US and the process took months. I had to keep going back to meet with various members of the leadership team. I was made a lot of promises that weren't kept, and now see that I was lied to thru the whole process. Some of the people I interviewed with were down right rude. I wish I had taken that as a sign and never accepted, it only got worse as time went on.

      Negative experience

      Application

      I interviewed at Danone

      Interview

Attended rounds 2 out of 3. First round was 1 hour case study and 1 hour of interview with team who will be working with, second round was interview with hiring manager. Did not make it to third round, and there was no update until I emailed to ask HR after 3 weeks. Waste of my time because the incumbent in the role retracted their resignation and therefore there was no hiring eventually. Decide first whether there is a need to post an job advertisement and do whatever counter-offer to incumbent before even wasting others' time. Highly unprofessional.

The first round of interviews was conducted by a third-party agency. The second round was with a talent representative. The questions were standard: an achievement, a failure, tell me about a project where you used a specific skill. They were always very friendly.
