Hiring manager kept asking questions related to past company performance of which some metrics can be P&C. Hiring manager also focuses too much on hard skills of which can be easily taught and guided. Please focus on getting to know the candidate instead.

The process was pleasant and relaxed the whole way through. Everyone I interacted with was genuine. They were sincerely interested in getting to know you as a person.
The interviews were less about question and answer, and more conversations about the future of their business, how I see my role and where the hurdles will be.
We spent as much time talking about soft skills and hard skills. It was a good balance for me.
