Muy poco seguimiento y nada de feedback. Me enviaron assesment muy tarde y no me dio tiempo de completarlo correctamente. Un par de horas antes de la entrevista por lo que estuvo incomodo todo el proceso.
No cierran el proceso de manera correcta. Te dicen que te van a buscar o mandar información y nunca lo hacen. Pésima experiencia, se quitan las ganas de trabajar en un lugar que no cuida sus procesos

I was contacted by a headhunter about the role. I was asked very personal questions, including my age, and would have not be considered for the selection process if I was not going to share those information. This is not only discriminating but illegal.
