I did an assessment centre involving a competency interview, group task and presentation. Interview was based around competency areas Danone provided, collaboration, feedback and problem solving. The interview process was fast and very clear. From HR to the Brand Manager, each stakeholder was reactive and clear. I had a really good experience at Danone in Ile de France / Saint Ouen.
first round: HR call of around 30 minutes,with mostly classic questions asked- Second round: Manager interview at the company site, around 30 - 40 minutes - Third round: Director video interview around 15 - 20 minutes
