The hiring manager was very friendly. She was even the one the push my resume forward. Talent Acquisition Partner was very disengaged. She had that GenZ stair going on for the the majority of the interview and never put her water bottle down. I could tell she was not paying attention. When we got to the end she asked if I had any questions and I did she was actually shocked and could not answer any of my question.

Interview
My interview with the recruiter was extremely disappointing. The recruiter was very disengaged and nonchalant from the moment we logged on. Just imagine a Gen Z person doing the Gen Z Stair with a Stanley cup for 45 minutes straight. At first, I thought it was because of me, but then I realized her attitude was like that the moment we logged on and it did not change until I started asking her a question. Which she did not answer in any detail. Her answers came directly from the interview packet she sent me before the interview and when I asked her if there was anything I mentioned that needed additional clarification or more explanation she looked like a deer in headlights quickly said no and that it’s very obvious and I am qualifies for this role. Overall, this was a very disappointing interview.
