Pretty straightforward, Initial recruiter screening followed by interview with HR asking regarding my experience, behavior questions and how I handle various situations with clients. they shared that after acquisition the company is in a bit of a chaos so they need someone who is ok with that.

Got rejected after the HR screening. HR screening felt very transactional, interviewer was just asking the standard, cliche questions without really trying to connect with me. I saw some of the horrendous reviews about Darktrace before the interview and made sure to get the interviewer's perspective on cultural challenges inside Darktrace. Interviewer gave an answer that didn't really make sense and was without substance. One of my least pleasant interviews so far I would say.

I passed the TA screening and was scheduled for a first interview with their Team Lead. However, the interviewer leaked my application, CV, and possibly personal information to a colleague (Unsure about else, but they searched my LinkedIn profile "BY NAME"). This is a clear example of the risks in the cybersecurity industry—your people are often the biggest risk, and they are demonstrating it very well! I raised this issue with their TA person, but she ignored my email and simply admitted to the leak without providing any further details even though I requested. It's incredibly concerning and demonstrates a lack of trustworthiness and compliance within their culture.
