The hiring managers asked standard interview questions. They challenged me to come up with a creative single use packaging design and put together a presentation to present to the Marketing team. Fairly straight forward process.

I was contacted by a third party recruiter. Process took 3 weeks. First had a phone interview with recruiter. For the second interview was invited to the Deerfield Beach office to interview with HR Manager, for the third round had a panel interview with MR Team, lastly had a lunch interview with MR team

Interview
Four relatively long interviews. Be truthful and answer the questions succinctly. They ask the same question in several different ways. If you continue to answer truthfully, you will do well. You will start with an test in which you have to answer as many questions as you can in a limited time period. You must pass the test to get to the next interview.
