Dart Container interview questions

This seems to be a fairly old - school -- good old boys working environment. Interviewed by 3 men, who seemed, honestly, to put on some airs. They loved asking the interview questions about making sandwiches and former microsoft questions (attention to detail etc.). Lots of security, presumably because the processes are patented etc. They were quick with results of interview and I think one would know fairly quickly wether they would fit in with this group (I did anyway)

applied for interview through university career website. Talked and met with reps at career fair. on campus interview that basically just went over my resume and simple mathematical questions, i.e. what's 15% of $20. However, I felt as if they were interviewing to keep relations with the school and not actually to fill the position.
