Data Systems International interview questions

I applied through Indeed, and received an email requesting an in person interview a couple days later. I met with the CFO individually, and then a couple people on the team afterwards. The interview process was relatively standard in terms of the types of questions asked: background, experience, why you want to be a Financial Analyst, prove abilities to multitask/work in Excel/learn new Software programs, etc. I feel it is also worth noting that the CFO spent additional time asking broader questions to 'understand how I think' - how I balance work/life, career goals, etc. Overall, I felt the process was quick and easy to follow, and ultimately I received an offer about a week after I first sent my resume.

Rude people and negative experience. I was called and asked to interview in person where the one of the interviewers was late and didn't apologize, he kept reading stuff on his phone after asking me a question - obviously wasn't paying attention. The last interviewer took 40 minutes and asked me 2 questions about myself and rambled on about himself for the rest. The recruiter never got back with me even after me following up. They are obvious desperate to find employees because they keep pumping out the same positions on LinkedIn. I would look elsewhere.
