Overall process could have been smoother and nicer - during my interviews with the recruiter, I felt I was constantly being interrupted by him. Not only did I not appreciate being talked over, the recruiter seemed very disorganized as whenever I would ask him questions about the prospective role, he seemed clueless and also looked like he was struggling to give an answer that made sense. He also spoke really fast during the interviews and that made me feel like he wasn’t really interested in interviewing me or listening to my answers.
