I was contacted twice by a recruiter/Sourcer saying that my profile was ideal and to send her my CV and we can have a chat. I did and ultimately she said she’d send it on to the hiring team, I chased her and she said that my profile doesn’t match?
I’ve had 15 years u. Recruitment and not everything goes on my CV i can do the job blindfolded, she chased me and to get rejected without even speaking to me, she said “sorry but that’s our recruitment process”
Dang you’re going to struggle if you don’t actually speak to candidates lol anyways lucky escape for me! 😂
