The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DataRobot in Dec 2015
Interview
Emailed back and forth with a recruiter who was located in a different country. The recruiter said that I would need to speak with an engineer at the company for my first phone interview, which did seem a little strange - as engineers typically tend to understand the "trees of a company", but not necessarily the "forest of a company". Not only that, but I was not even applying for an engineering job which made the request seem even more odd. I asked the recruiter to call me when I could speak with the hiring manager and have not heard from anyone at the company since. The fact that the management team has the company's engineers introducing the company does raise some concerns about the leadership of the organization.
