Interview
The interview process at Datadog was refreshingly easy and efficient. It took about two weeks from initial contact to final decision. Throughout the process, the recruiter was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information and support I needed.

Question 1
How would you deal with an upset customer? What steps are you going to take to try and calm them down and understand what the issue is?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Datadog (Bengaluru) in Sep 2024
Interview
The interview process is fairly simple. The HR conversations were not upto the mark in my opinion, she imposes and does not respect your seniority and experience.
The HM was nice, the peer interview was pretty basic, situational questions, challenging customer, describe yourself, etc etc
The panel is what I didn't like, also because I expected the CSM role to be adoption specific but it was all numbers, very sales specific
