      Interview

Title: Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Interview Experience at Dave & Buster's - Daly City I recently had the unfortunate experience of attending an interview at the Dave & Buster's location in Daly City, and I feel compelled to share my shocking and highly unprofessional encounter on Glassdoor. The lack of accountability and complete disregard for my time and commitment exhibited by the company is nothing short of appalling. After scheduling a specific day and time for the interview, I arrived at the designated place of business promptly, fully prepared and excited about the opportunity. However, to my utter dismay, the representatives from Dave & Buster's completely no-showed me. I waited for over 15 minutes, hoping for an explanation or an apology, but no one bothered to show up or provide any communication. In my frustration, I decided to reach out to the company via email to express my disappointment and shed light on their transgression. I expected a genuine apology and a willingness to take responsibility for their unprofessional behavior. Instead, the response I received was shockingly dismissive and demonstrated a complete lack of accountability. The email stated, "We appreciate the feedback, we apologize as there seemed to have been some disconnect. But we value your time & commitment. Again we do apologize. Have a great day & best luck in your journey." This response not only showed a lack of concern for the impact their actions had on me, but it also showcased a severe lack of professionalism and empathy. Their use of generic language and nonchalant attitude further highlighted their indifference towards the situation. It is deeply disheartening to encounter such a level of unprofessionalism from a company that claims to value its employees and candidates. I firmly believe that any reputable organization should treat candidates with respect, professionalism, and transparency throughout the hiring process. Unfortunately, my experience with Dave & Buster's in Daly City was a blatant disregard of these principles. The unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability demonstrated by the company are clear indications of their overall disregard for candidates and potential employees. I implore anyone considering employment at Dave & Buster's in Daly City to think twice before pursuing any opportunities with this company. Their unprofessionalism and lack of respect for candidates' time and commitment are red flags that should not be overlooked. In conclusion, I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale and prompts Dave & Buster's to seriously reevaluate their hiring practices and the manner in which they treat candidates. Professionalism, respect, and accountability are crucial components of any successful organization, and it is disheartening to see such blatant disregard for these values at Dave & Buster's - Daly City. Prospective candidates deserve to be treated with dignity and respect throughout the hiring process, and it is essential to hold companies accountable for their unprofessional behavior. Let us all strive for a workplace culture where candidates are valued and treated with the professionalism they deserve.
