I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dave & Buster's (Arlington, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
I was seated at a table in front of the bar, very comfortable and the interviewer asked me some questions about how well I work with customers, how I feel about late nights and weekends. She was very friendly and I didn't feel like she was trying to just sell me the job

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dave & Buster's (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2011
Interview
I was called about an interview after applying online I was unable to make it the day they wanted me to, but I was able to find a day we could both do. When I got there I was offered a drink and didn't have to wait very long before I was interviewed, however sometimes I will see someone wait 30-45 minutes before getting an interview now. I went through an interview process of speaking with 4 different managers, increasing in rank. Finally I spoke with the GM and he hired me on the spot.
