Got an email from a corporate manager asking to schedule an interview. Called and did a basic phone screen and asked me to come in the next day. Came in, waited a few minutes after being seated and he asked me the basic “Why do you want to work here” and what’s the funnest thing I’d like to do. Felt more like a casual conversation, he asked what I like to do in my free time and about previous experience. He then asked that if I’d be willing to stay for a second interview he’d go find another manager, and she sat down and gave me the more nitty gritty details of the job. She told me how much money I’d be making, how busy the location gets, and general sales numbers. She asked about my availability and asked if I could come in the next day for a third interview. The next day I came in and the person seems in a rush, but was still kind. She double checked my availability and experience with me, then asked how much I’d be looking to make and then asked when I could start, and then let me know they had one more interview and I’d receive a call at the end of the day. Ended up getting an automated rejection email.

The interview was very quick, around 15 minutes. You get hired on the spot usually because most of the time they’re short staffed. Overall very easy you’ll most likely get the job
