Interview
I applied for the job. Once I got the call back, I set up an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was fast and simple, I had yrs of server experience. She hired me on the spot. The hiring process is long, there are numerous videos you must watch and tests you must pass. You then start to train on the floor. After 5 days of training, you serve a table of managers (this is also a test.) If you do good, you'll pass and get a schedule to start working, if you fail you will train for another 5 days.

Super easy, just be yourself and have a positive attitude. They will hire even with no experience you just need to have a good vibe . They didn’t care too much about what you wore either one girl had on a tank top for her interview
Simple and easy, most of the interview was with one manager and then another came down to finalize, both had around the same questions with the second one being more in depth on my answers. Got the job that same day.
