Interview
A friend of mine had worked there and put a good word in. If you know someone in the company and they are willing to vouch for you, you are guaranteed an interview. I was asked general interview and serving questions; things like: where had I previously worked at, have I ever dealt with an unhappy guest and how did I handle it, what are some of my strengths and weaknesses, do I have any hobbies, etc. Three of the managers interviewed me- all separately. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
Super easy, just be yourself and have a positive attitude. They will hire even with no experience you just need to have a good vibe . They didn’t care too much about what you wore either one girl had on a tank top for her interview
Simple and easy, most of the interview was with one manager and then another came down to finalize, both had around the same questions with the second one being more in depth on my answers. Got the job that same day.
