One interview process. Very simple hiring process very easy interview. Just be prepared to work a lot. Makes good money. Customers can be hard and management is supportive. You also get asked if the basic interview questions nothing crazy

I arrived early because I originally thought my interview was an hour earlier. There was no way to conduct my interview early, apparently. I found it strange but left for an hour and came back. When I did get back, it took management a whole new half hour to greet and interview me. It is hazing. They only hire patient people.
