Easy, most managers make it really awkward, most of the staff is kind, but most staff will be did to you if you look a certain way, or talk a certain way, this place mainly sometimes run in "clicks" or groups and it makes some people feel weird working there and the managers say nothing

I showed up to the interview on time and it took an hour for the interview to start. They didn't seem to know what was going on and there was a lack of communication amongst the staff. They decided that the job I was interviewing for was not available and offered a job I would not have bothered interviewing for. I was only looking for a temporary job over the summer before I moved so I declined.
