It initially began with a phone call from the hiring manager. It was at this point she set me up with a time and date. On the day of the interview, I approached the front desk where the lovely ladies helped notify the managers I had arrived. The initial interview was held at one of the tables in the restaurant with one of the managers. Afterwards, I was told I was allowed a second interview with the GM. He happened to be in the building at the time and was free so he quickly came out to continue the follow up interview. He asked several questions at the table but then we continued the interview in his office. Upon the conclusion of the interview I was hired and proceeded to complete additional paperwork required at the time.

A three part interview with three managers that lasted approximately one hour. At the end of the interview I was told I would receive an email to start the paperwork process that would lead to getting trained.
