Interview
I arrived for the interview a few minutes early so I was directed to sit in a booth to wait for an assistant manager to come speak with me. The whole interview was very easy and it seemed pretty informal. He asked me a few questions, offered me a glass of water, and then went to grab the general manager so he could talk to me. The general manager was very friendly and to the point. He asked me to do a little 'role play' to see how I would greet customers at a table, he told me I did great and after a few minutes he offered me the position right there.

Name a time when you were in a position dealing with a negative experience with a customer/coworker/friend, etc. and how you handled it and turned it around.
Super easy, just be yourself and have a positive attitude. They will hire even with no experience you just need to have a good vibe . They didn’t care too much about what you wore either one girl had on a tank top for her interview
Simple and easy, most of the interview was with one manager and then another came down to finalize, both had around the same questions with the second one being more in depth on my answers. Got the job that same day.
