Pointless. I felt as if they called because my name was on the list but had absolutely no intention of actually hiring me or even putting me through the process. Lack of professionalism and follow up on the part of my recruiter, even after completing their 2 hour assessment, I got no call or email. I will not be applying to this company for any other positions in the future. If they don't care about following up with potential talent, trust me, they won't care about you once you're in.
