The process consisted of three interviews with three different managers. I applied online, the next day received a call to come for the first interview. The manager was very friendly, looked over my resume and the application, asked a little about my work history, but mostly just told me about the company and the job duties. Also let me know about the 3-step interview process and scheduled the second interview. The second interview was two days later, with a different manager. We sat down and she asked me a lot of work-related situations questions, as well as personality questions. Took a lot of notes to my every answer. Asked about my previous jobs, my job duties and why I left. At the end of the interview she said that she'd give my information to the actual hiring manager who's going to call me and schedule the final interview. The third interview was VERY detailed and extremely thorough. Asked me what I know about the company, why I want to work there; frowned upon me being unemployed for 4 months, asked Why; again, some situational questions. Very thorough interview all in all. At the end he basically said that if I don't hear from them by the next day, I'm out. That's when I knew I didn't make it. He did say that one of his concerns was that I didn't seem "tough enough" to handle rowdy crowds, which is not true. I think one of my mistakes was that I was pretty nervous and not confident enough. I will definitely work on that in my future job search.
