I interviewed at Dave & Buster's (Gaithersburg, MD)
Interview
After completing several rounds of interviews and investing significant time into creating a detailed multi-page 30/60/90-day plan, I was informed via a generic email that I was not selected for the role. While I understand the need for thorough vetting, asking candidates to provide extensive strategic planning before an offer is extended feels excessive and unfair—especially without meaningful feedback or a more personalized response. Candidates' time and effort should be respected throughout the process.
