Began with a phone interview, then scheduled 5 separate in-person interviews over the course of 3 months. Two assessment tests: Burke and Wonderlic. Also a "key influencer" interview where they interview your spouse and/or significant other. Long drawn out process that almost had me give them the "no thank you!"
