Applied on-line. Phone call interview mostly about tell me about yourself. Then a face to face interview which went well. Have not heard back but I'm told I am still a candidate.
Very extensive interview process. Can take months to be hired. Extensive testing. These included personality typing as well as skills testing. I also interviewed with several people. If testing and initial interviews go well, only then are applications forwarded to area managers.
